Crisis & Trauma Interventions

Trauma-focused CBT, Solution-focused and psychoeducation for survivors of stress, abuse, and domestic violence. If you've experienced trauma, it's important to seek help from a qualified therapist. Our trauma counselors are trained to help you work through the trauma and develop healthy coping strategies. We offer a variety of trauma-focused therapies to meet your unique needs.

Individual and Family Therapy & Stress Management

Person-centred, trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy. Support for depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and personal growth. Relationships are an important part of our lives, but they can also be challenging. Our relationship counselors are here to help you and your partner improve communication, build intimacy, and strengthen your relationship. We offer couples counseling and marriage therapy services. Stress is a natural part of life, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can have a negative impact on our mental and physical health. Our stress management services are designed to help you learn practical strategies to manage stress and improve your overall well-being.

  • C-SSRS → Suicide risk assessment

Addiction Counseling

Conducted in schools, churches, universities, and organisations. Topics include stress management, resilience, emotional intelligence, and team cohesion and many more awareness topics and mental health psychopathology.

Support Groups

Professionally moderated peer-support spaces addressing: Stress management and self-regulation, Substance abuse recovery, Postpartum adjustment and maternal mental health and many more.

Employee Assistance & Wellness Programmes (EAPs)

Confidential counselling for work-related and personal stressors, Workshops on emotional regulation, resilience, and conflict resolution. Risk management to reduce absenteeism and improve wellbeing and Follow-up evaluations to track outcomes and organisational health.
